The top of the granite monument has a fire bowl attached to an iron frame. There are two stone slabs with inscriptions attached to the monument: BISMARCK on the north side and AFV/TUBERANIA/1903 on the southwest side. A plaque of honor with the inscription HONOR PLATE DER/AFV TUBERANIA/YOUR LIFE SACRIFICED/IN THE GREAT WAR/1914–1918 and the names of the fallen soldiers was subsequently attached to the northwest side.
