A few steps from Sønderborg Castle, my gaze is drawn to a figure that seems as if it had just stepped out of a dream: "Myten" – a bronze sculpture that 🕰️ tells stories without a single word.
It depicts King 👑 Christian II, trapped in his own head, circling a round table. It is said that he was imprisoned in the castle for 17 years – and made his rounds day after day. So often that a groove was carved into the tabletop.
Was that really the case? 🤔 No one knows.
