    Hiking

The Parc des Carrières Bacquin, developed in 1976, is a fine example of the rehabilitation of a former stone quarry. Here, the “Dijon stone” was extracted, the raw material for many of Dijon’s monuments. It was used in particular for the Palace of the Dukes and States of Burgundy, the Porte Guillaume and the Hôtel de Vogüe.

This green space covers 5 hectares. Take the path that winds through the abundant vegetation, made up of trees, shrubs and flower beds. A waterfall and a green theatre complete the decor.
