In this nature reserve you can experience real old beech forest. The oldest trees in the forest sprouted as early as the second half of the 19th century. A variety of lichens, fungi and insects cling to the old and dead beech trees in the forest. These species have a hard time today as their habitat is becoming increasingly rare.
