The Fountain of San Vicente in Lugo is an 18th-century baroque construction, located in the central Plaza do Campo. This fountain is famous for its unique tradition known as the “Miracle of San Vicente”, where every July 29, the day of Santa Marta, patron saint of hospitality, wine flows instead of water. This event attracts numerous visitors who enjoy the free wine that flows from its three spouts.
