The property was opened as a classic "Mediterraneo" shopping center in 2008 and is now a fully-fledged outlet center. The mall, designed in a Mediterranean and maritime style with around 7,700 m² of rental space, forms the tourist center of Bremerhaven alongside the Climate House, the Zoo am Meer and the well-known Emigrant House and Maritime Museum. The shopping center offers over 50 brands in 36 stores. 28 stores, including 26 outlets, as well as 6 restaurants & fine food providers and two other stores.

The striking glass dome covers the light-flooded "Piazza" and gives it an extraordinary open-air character. The existing building structure is almost ideal for a village-style outlet. The well-connected underground parking spaces with around 1,200 parking spaces and a clear parking guidance system round off the offer.
