Gravel riding

The Oldendorfer Totenstatt (approx. 1.5 km from Oldendorf/Luhe) is a significant, historical burial site in a picturesque heathland in the Luhe valley. It is one of the most fascinating archaeological monuments in the Lüneburg Heath. The site documents millennia of burial culture from the Mesolithic to the Iron Age (as well as up to the 6th century AD).

For me today was the absolute highlight of the entire tour. There is not much to say about the individual graves. And I will definitely come back again, this time with a visit to the museum.
