On this section of the Rennsteig-Dolmar trail, you ride at the height of what is probably the smallest mountain range in Germany: the "Little Thuringian Forest". This region is one of the most beautiful hiking areas in Europe and is characterized above all by its geological diversity in a very small area. Via Bruchkopf and Silbachskopf you quickly reach the Altendambacher Höhe, the so-called Wolfsgarten.
