The originally existing galleries were removed during the renovation of the church in 1956/57. The church furnishings include a late Gothic winged altar, the shrine was only added in the 19th century. In the middle stands Christ on the cross between the thieves. Scenes of the Passion are depicted around it. Above are the figures of the twelve apostles, to the side of the shrine on consoles stand Mary with the child and St. Martin, neither of whom originally belonged to it.

A cross stone with the year 1625 is inserted on the outer wall of the old cemetery, next to the entrance door on the street side (main street).

This is the so-called "Tillystein". According to legend, it commemorates Tilly's campaign through the valley between the Süntel and Deister ridges during the Thirty Years' War.
