Bike Touring Highlight
The Tumulus of Poulguen dates from the fourth millennium BC and is one of the few extant megalithic burial mounds in the region. With its forty meters in diameter and eight meters in height, it gives an impression of the monumentality of the graves of that time. The dolmen is T-shaped with two chambers. On the vertical stones inside there are engravings. The burial mound, however, can only be visited from the outside, an entry would be life-threatening and is prohibited.
