The Ulrichkirche (built 1116 - 1123) is a three-nave, Romanesque, cruciform vaulted basilica and the oldest building of Sangerhausen. Due to a vow by Ludwig the Springer, the church was built by monks of the monastery Reinhardsbrunn.
