The isthmus peak is 1386m high and can be climbed from the starting point in just over 8km and 1000m of altitude.
If you are looking for a special attraction, start on a nice day about 2 to 3 hours before sunrise and then enjoy the sunrise on the summit. The way up is steep from time to time, but no problem with good footwear. In the dark I ran into the one or other deer or deer on the way.
