The small Gersprenz bridge crossing is located directly at the old mill, at the entrance to Gersprenzstraße / Auweg from Harreshausen 🚴♂️

The Gersprenz is a 51.3 km, with the Mergbach a 62.1 km long, originating in the Odenwald, SüdW tributary (not navigable) of the Main in Hesse and in Bavaria.

The running in the Odenwald Gersprenz arises SW of Reichelsheim district Bockenrod by the confluence of Mergbach and Osterbach. Since the Mergbach represents the main source river, its source at the Neunkircher height (605 m) in the Middle Odenwald called.
