The first cable car was inaugurated on August 7, 1954, and to this day the trip to the nearby nature reserve is very popular not only with the people of Küssnacht, but also with many guests from near and far. The beautiful view over Lake Lucerne with a view of Pilatus and Lake Zug also delights regular guests time and time again.
