Hiking

The four-mark tree with memorial stone is located here in the Wannebach valley. The tree marks the historical intersection of the former municipalities of Berchum, Ergste Hohenlimburg and Letmathe. Today, all four places are incorporated (Hagen-Berchum, Schwerte-Ergste, Hagen-Hohenlimburg and Iserlohn-Letmathe) and at the tree location only the three districts of Berchum, Ergste and Letmathe border exactly on one another; the Hohenlimburg district boundary is now about 30 m to the southwest.
