Pirna is located in the beautiful Elbe Valley and is surrounded by vineyards and castles. The medieval town center is well worth a visit and there are inviting opportunities to satisfy the hunger and thirst of cyclists on every corner. Also for the night the small town offers enough possibilities. By S-Bahn Pirna is well connected to the supra-regional railway network in Dresden.

You should visit the market square with the old town hall and the church in the background, if only because of the well-known Canalletto view.
