Excellent highway riding. Very low traffic volume. Fun and pretty and varied landscape to look at. Great ride.
Wide paved shoulder along the entire length (which might also be the case south of Notre-Dame-du-Laus, but I haven't ridden there yet), with almost always great asphalt. In a few limited sections, there are a few cracks in the road surface, but nothing major.
Highly recommended.
