The road is definitely not smooth but I don't think it's too bumpy and "wrenching your arms" as the guy posting this opportunity claims. I ride it myself on a gravel bike and apart from one or two places with more rocks it's ok. It's possible that mine isn't that bad because I have a suspension stem in the handlebars ;)

Something's going on there, they leveled a piece of the road, maybe it's just as part of the railway repairs but maybe they're improving the road at the same time ;)
