This Dutch windmill "Jachen Flünk" is one of the oldest, fully functional windmills with three grinding gears and wind sails. The mill was built in 1787 and was in operation until 1954. The mill also houses a small museum.

The “Jachen Flünk” mill is a Dutch windmill that was built by the grain merchant and shipowner Joachim Rahlff (1756–1830) in 1787. The grain grown on Fehmarn was ground in the mill into groats and barley and then profitably exported to the Nordic countries.
