War memorial, formed by a hard stone base, designed as a memorial column, on which a winged female figure cast in bronze is placed. The winged woman, balancing on a ball with her right foot almost outstretched, is dressed in a draped dress and holds laurel branches in both hands, the whole referring to victory. The square base, designed as a triumphal column, is wide at the stepped base, narrowing concavely towards the shaft, and has a stepped crowning. In the transition between base and shaft - on a square mirror - laurel wreaths are decorated in relief. Above, between pseudo-corner pillars and somewhat sunken, bronze plaques with the names of 14 fallen soldiers under the inscription “1914-1918” – by extension also 3 victims of 1940-1945 – on the front, on the left the coat of arms of Overijse, on the right the Belgian coat of arms and at the back the representation of a broken sword with helmet and laurel branch.
In 2014 a new small memorial plaque was attached to the monument in memory of officer Clément Chrétien von Stockhausen.
