Sturdy footwear and long trousers are definitely recommended on this tour, as several times narrow paths lead through rough terrain with prickly maquis.

Wonderful little paths through the thicket. Sometimes you have to struggle through something. Sturdy shoes are definitely recommended. The descent in particular is otherwise not very safe.
