Schloss Ebersdorf, an irregular four-wing complex, is the only representative and in its parts still intact facility of the former castles of Reuss younger line. The oldest part of the complex is the main building with its classical column front, later the southern three-storey castle wing with connection to the main wing and the two-storey northern wing were added.
Ebersdorf was residence of the Reußischen Nebenlinie Lobenstein-Ebersdorf from 1678-1848.
Park / Garden: Park created 1710 south of the castle, in the 19th century. transformed from a baroque garden into a 50 hectare English landscape garden, tea house at Pfotenteich, orangery from 1790

Nice spacious park. The most fascinating are the ancient and huge trees. The most beautiful at this time of year are IMHO's colorful blooming spring meadows. The stream that meanders through the park and the ponds are also very beautiful.
PS: So a school and a kindergarten in this area ... It doesn't get any better than this!
