These wooden "barns" are an old Slovenian specialty for drying hay and grass, and are quite famous. Even the King of England (when he was still Prince Charles), was taken here while visiting Bohinj. The hill behind is Studor, and its East wall looks like something one would perhaps try climbing. DON'T! But you can certainly hike to the top if you are so inclined and if you can find either of the two possible approaches.
