The church of Sant'Elia is a country church located in the territory of Nuxis, a town in south-western Sardinia. Consecrated to the Catholic cult, it is part of the parish of San Pietro, diocese of Iglesias.

The church is located a few kilometers from the town, in the valley of the Tattinu river. From the Byzantine era, built with small, unsquared stones in a period between the 9th and 12th centuries, it has the typical Greek cross plan, with barrel vaults and a central truncated cone dome.
