At the Grand View Point Overlook you have a great view of and over the "White Rim Plain" which is 360 meters below the lookout point.

The Green River and the side valleys are up to 300 meters lower.

If you have a little time, you can walk from the vantage point (approx. 3 km there and back) in a westerly direction along the rim, mostly near the edge of the cliff. The further you walk, the lonelier it gets!!! It's a shame if you miss out on this.
