Hiking
The hiking trail runs along the north side of Mount Montorfano, which is just 794 meters high. What makes it so special, however, is that it is made of a single block of white granite, hence the many quarries that have been operating there for centuries. The columns of the Church of San Paolo Fuori le Mura in Rome were carved from this white granite from Montorfano.
