For example the story of the small chapel covered with green glazed clay tiles, which was built between 1430 and 1450. When the Thirty Years' War hit the Markgräflerland with much suffering, Muggardt was largely spared - with the exception of the bell 🔔 in the chapel, which was stolen by a passing band of soldiers in 1635.
