The Kiesling House was built on the site of a farm within the grounds of the large mill complex. The wealthy master miller Karl Kiesling had a single-family house built for him in the 1930s by the then Viennese city architect Erich Leischner.

In 2013, the entrepreneur Thomas Eccli acquired this property and restored the house, giving it the new name "Second Home" (a mixture of hotel, bed and breakfast, Airbnb).

The neighboring adapted barn is ideal for parties and music events.
