The water management path is a quiet grass path that you only share with an occasional walker or perhaps sometimes the ranger with his jeep. The path is completely different from the otherwise hard shell paths that you cycle around the village of Schiermonnikoog and it is therefore very quiet here. At the end you arrive at a very wide beach, after which you can continue the path or cycle back over the beach.

At the Reddingsweg pole on the gravel cycle path, left piece through grass and sand and then you come to this Waterstaatweg, cool top of Sublieme Sikkens ;-). After 4-5km around the left bend it became too much water so back again, but this grass path is very worthwhile.
