Weltenburg Monastery is located directly on the Danube and the associated cycle path in a narrow loop, just before the Danube Gorge.
Overall, it's well worth seeing, and of course, you should also visit the church. The monastery inn serves the well-known monastery beer and delicious food. Overnight stays are also possible there.
