Qingshan Lake was created in 1964 by building a dam at its eastern end. Today it is a tourist attraction - and boasts with an approx. 40km cycle path around the entire lake.
This takes you around the western end of the lake. On the north side it ends at the Water Forest, a dense fir tree forest standing in the lake.
