Well, we didn't find it quite so ghostly here. Several houses have even been spruced up as quite nice holiday accommodations. There's also a restaurant and a beach bar. So: worth a visit!

Hiking

The mine was closed in 1963 and today, 40 kilometers from Sassari, there is a small bar and a few inhabited houses. No supermarket, no bank, no gas station. Only a few people who, with all their might - and perhaps out of nostalgic attachment to the country, or simply because they have always lived here - keep the ghost town more or less alive.
