    Behind the Adlgaß forester's house, a narrow path along the edge of the forest leads slightly uphill to the start of the mountain adventure trail, which is marked by a wooden archway. After a few hundred meters, the path meets a narrow forest road, which you now follow further uphill. Along the way, the various stations of the mountain adventure trail give you new tasks and clues.
    At a crossroads, keep slightly to the right and follow the signs to Frillensee, which you now reach quickly. It is up to you which direction you go around the lake. The footbridge that leads over the edge of the shore is particularly beautiful!
    After successfully circling the Frillensee, you descend along the ascent path to the Adlgaß forester's house. A stop at the forester's house can be highly recommended. Children will find a playground right next to the vegetable garden.
