The neo-Gothic villa was built in 1871 by the German architect Gotthilf Ludwig Möckel and belonged to the factory owner Aloys Dautzenberg. S&P Zwickau undertook the renovation and conversion of the villa. The renovation was carried out in partial construction phases over 2 years. Above all, the well-preserved interior design from the time of construction now shines in new splendor. S&P Zwickau's offices are now located on both the ground floor and the first floor, and 3 modern residential units have been created on the top floor. The garden monument was designed in the style of the 19th century.
