Beautifully constructed circular cycle path around the lake, with connections to the Lusatian cycle path network. Partly very idyllic picnic areas with benches and tables in the bank thicket or obviously. It's worth pedaling here, whether for training or relaxation.

Mountain biking
The Scheibe lake is 684 hectares in size and was created by the flooding of the former Scheibe opencast mine in 2011. In its place was the village of Scheibe until the mid-1980s. The 13 km long circular lake trail is suitable for cycling, skating and running.
