Interesting miniature western town theme park. Private generous space, with free access and camping (donations welcome), even rudimentary accommodation in some of the theme cabins. Last good water source before the Mohave desert section. Trail angels in the area offer car shuttle to town.

Hikertown is infamous to be the creepiest place along the Pacific Crest Trail. The "town" consists of one house, some garages and some buildings and trailers where you might stay (the room walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbour breath). Showers are also available for a fee. In the center of Hikertown, you will find some outlets to charge your device, a hiker box with potential food and equipment and a primitive place to do your laundry by hand.

If you send packages to here, be aware that Hikertown charges you at least 10 Dollars per package! There is a shuttle driving to the next grocery store on a regular basis. It is the last outpost for water before you begin the 18 miles along the Los Angeles Aqueduct.
