Splendid village perched on the slopes of Mount Bulgheria. Known for the 196 majolica placed at the entrance to the town, the work of the Spanish exile José Ortega (artist, student of Picasso) in memory of the massacre of the local population ordered by General Del Carretto during the Bourbon repression of 1828.
