Gravel riding

The whole route on the spit is really nice to ride with a gravel bike - or to hike. In many places you can go down to the water. At this descent, there is a good bathing jetty with benches and the water is crystal clear. From mid-June to mid-August, there are lifeguards here. Nearby there are toilets, the possibility to rinse off under a shower, and a barbecue area if you hang out in the evening. A really lovely place

Road cycling

You should definitely take the route here over the headland. It's a beautiful route along the dike with many opportunities to get to the beach. Parts of the path are unpaved, but also easy to cycle on with a road bike.
