Tips
The Schönramer Filz is one of the largest raised bogs in southeast Bavaria. Until 1998, peat was mined here on a large scale. Today it is protected. The development of the moor and heath areas is left to nature again. The Filz is one of the region's visitor magnets. The new wooden information spiral is the starting point for the circular walk. Information boards tell you more about the many special features of the moor and heath.
