The opening of the Koralpenbahn (ÖBB) will change the previously relatively quiet area. Work on the new line, with the highlight being the Koralpen tunnel, has been underway since 2008. A superlative train station is being built here near Groß St. Florian. Here you can see a drill head that was used to drill through the mountain. The display boards give laypeople an insight into the art and skills of the engineers.
