Gravel riding
Cycling around the islands in the city center (e.g. Ostrów Tumski and surroundings) is also particularly pleasant: little car traffic, lots of greenery, and many beautiful views of historical architecture.
If you want to go a bit further out, the paths towards the southeast along the Oder are ideal – it quickly becomes quieter and more natural there, without complicated navigation.
