Uehlfeld Castle, also known as Uehlfeld Palace, was a medieval castle complex in Uehlfeld (Burggasse 5) in the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district of Bavaria.

The castle was destroyed during the Peasants' War (1524–1525).

In the mid-18th century, a stable house was built on the remains of the castle walls. It was a single-story, gable-roofed building with a plastered half-timbered gable on one side, incorporating the remains of a round tower made of ashlar and rubble masonry. (Info Wikipedia)
