Romantic, wooded valley, which is traversed by the Kaisinger Dorfbach. On the edge of the valley, exciting and rugged rocks rise again and again - typical of the Franconian Alb. On a hiking trail you can fully explore the valley.

The Kaisinger Tal is a side valley near Greding in the Middle Franconian district of Roth in Bavaria.

The valley lies in the districts of Kaising and Greding. It belongs to the western Sulzplatte natural area. A circular hiking trail also leads through the valley. The rocky slopes in the upper part of the valley are designated as a geotope. The geotope has the number 576A004. The entire valley is under protection as part of the protected landscape area in the Altmühltal Nature Park and the Trauf FFH area of the southern Franconian Jura.

In the valley, sinter terraces have formed in the course of the Kaisinger Brunnenbach. By flowing through the karstified Jura rock, the water of the Kaisinger Brunnenbach absorbs lime and forms sinter terraces along the course of the stream. The sinter terraces are very sensitive and have fallen victim to wanton destruction.

Wonderful quiet hiking trails. Greding is well worth seeing and has a lot to offer
