With the 2017/18 double budget, our group was able to set several successful accents for cycling, including the new route of the tourist Elster cycle path.
One of the group's long-term goals is to route the Elster cycle path past the former Elster reservoir in order to establish another, quieter cycle path through Leipzig's floodplain landscape. However, this can only be realized once the declassification process for the lake has been fully completed.
