Miller's Place is a true oasis on this very dry and shadeless stretch of the Oregon Desert Trail. The owner, Gary Miller, gives permission for hikers to cross over the property and to take water from the well. You can take water directly from the tank or a hose at the windmill. There is also a huge tree for some much needed shade. Enjoy your break!
