Elongated concrete bunker from the Hoxha era (c. 1970–1985), built as part of Albania's coastal defense. The tunnel connected observation posts and small artillery positions along the cape. Its shape resembles a storage for heavy ammunition, but it served as a shelter and logistical passage. Now abandoned, with graffiti and an open view of the Adriatic coast — a silent reminder of Albania’s isolated past.
