      The Phoenix Lake in Dortmund-Hörde is an impressive example of the successful structural change in the Ruhr area. The surrounding area is characterized by modern architecture and a high quality of life. Numerous events and cultural offerings enrich life around the lake and make it a lively center in Dortmund.
