Head west to go to Adamstown or Lambton/Jesmond/Wallsend/Speers Point.
Head east to go to the Newcastle Showground, the Donald St shared path and Hamilton North.
At this junction, a little bridge over the stormwater drain links the Magic Park Broadmeadow path to the R5 shared path.
The R5 refers to a Council Cycle Route called City to Wallsend. Maps are on the council website.
