It is one of the most misunderstood and wronged destinations in relation to the beauties it hides. The reason for Salamina, the largest island of the Argosaronic Gulf and is only 15 minutes from the port of Perama.

As well as being of great historical and archaeological interest, Salamis is a good nearby destination from the capital for diving and sightseeing. It has beautiful corners, rich nature and enough beaches to relax and explore.

The island's short distance from the capital, combined with the numerous and interesting options it has to offer, make it an attractive holiday destination. The island of Salamis has inexhaustible natural beauties, picturesque coves, rich vegetation, mainly pine trees, olive trees and vines, impressive sights, remarkable ancient monuments and wonderful natural beaches.
