A border runs through the middle of Villingen-Schwenningen. Men in uniforms from Baden and Württemberg have taken up positions at the barrier. And remembered the story with the action: In 1736 the first customs post of the Kingdom of Württemberg and the Grand Duchy of Baden was built between Villingen and Schwenningen, which gave the place the name Zollhaus.
